What is Excimer matting technology？ ◆ It is a special kind of surface paint treatment. ◆ It uses a 172nm Excimer UV lamp combined with nitrogen for physical extinction. Firstly, it is cured by an LED light source, and then irradiated by a 172nm excimer light source to form micro wrinkles on the surface of the coating in an anaerobic environment, achieving the effect of extinction and fuzzing, and achieving a matt surface. Finally, it is cured by a mercury lamp to enhance the performance of the paint film, ultimately achieving a soft skin touch effect.
